A Fresh Look at Pleasure, Embodiment, and God’s Good Design

This week on the podcast, I’m inviting you into one of the most healing revelations I’ve experienced: pleasure is not the enemy—it's part of God's design.

In this episode, I share more about why I’ve renamed the podcast to Female by Design and what this shift means. It’s a clarifying, freeing, and deeply personal move—and it’s rooted in something I’ve come to believe down to my bones: the female body, and the experience of pleasure, is not shameful. It’s sacred.

Before I was free enough to have this conversation, the word pleasure felt like a trap—shameful, dangerous, and off-limits. But God has been renewing my mind. Pleasure is not a worldly idea—it was God's idea first.

We go back to Genesis 2 to rediscover Eden—not just as a garden, but as a bridal chamber. A sacred space designed for pleasure, communion, and covenant love. And we uncover something the enemy has worked hard to steal: the truth that a woman alive in her body is powerful, beautiful, and blessed.

I believe the enemy is deeply afraid of a woman fully alive—of a woman who occupies her body with joy, confidence, and freedom.

This episode is an invitation to:

  • Reclaim God’s original design for your body and sexuality

  • Heal the disconnect between spirit and body

  • Renew your mind about what pleasure really is

  • Begin living as a whole, integrated woman

Whether you're single or married, just beginning this healing journey or deep into it, this conversation is for you.
